Role Description
As a Paralegal, you will work closely with the Group Legal Team based in Zurich and the local markets' teams. You will support our Group Legal Department on a broad range of legal topics in an international environment. The position can be based in Zurich or one of our European markets.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the Group’s contract management system
- Responsible for KYC requests from governments, banks and other financial institutions
- Support the Legal team with corporate housekeeping matters (preparation of shareholders’ meetings and board resolutions as well as preparation and registration of changes in the commercial register, maintenance of the database of companies, etc.)
- Interaction with our markets on regular reporting matters
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Commercial degree with further training as a Paralegal or equivalent training in law or Bachelor in Law
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
- Organizational skills, precise working style and willingness to take on responsibility for your work
- Self-starter, proactive and team-oriented personality with a quick learning attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
