Colosseum Dental today (01 September 2026) announced that Arjen Radder will join the Group as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2026. He succeeds Patrick De Maeseneire, who will become Chairman of the Board of Colosseum Dental and will support Arjen through the transition to ensure a smooth handover.
Arjen brings nearly 30 years of experience across health technology and healthcare services, having worked across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and North America. He joins Colosseum Dental from IVC Evidensia, the global leader in veterinary care, where he was a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier, he was Group CEO of Bergman Clinics, and prior to that spent 20 years at Philips in progressively senior roles across Markets and Global Businesses. Arjen holds a PhD in Medicine.

Under Patrick De Maeseneire’s leadership, Colosseum Dental has grown from its first acquisition in Norway in 2017 into Europe’s largest dental service organisation, operating over 630 clinics and 50 labs across 11 markets and serving more than 6 million patients every year. He will continue to support the Group’s growth as Chairman of the Board.
