The Group Academy Training Centre in Oslo, Norway has been officially opened on the 25th of June. The objective of the Colosseum Dental Group Academy is to provide continuous education to our employees to ensure an outstanding care for our patients. In addition to our local training facilities in each operating country the new state-of-the-art Group Training Centre will ensure best possible training within Colosseum Dental Group.
The Group Academy will offer training programs focused on medical, operational and leadership excellence for the clinical staff and employees of Colosseum Dental Group all over Europe in the future. The Academy has a theoretical education space for 40 participants and a workshop room for 13 participants. The microscopes in all units and 3D microscope at the master simulating unit as well as the Xray and CBCT units are designed for the best possible clinical training experience.
A Scientific Advisory Board representing the main dentistry disciplines is responsible for defining the curriculum of the Group Academy. A balance between scientific research and practical experience is ensured by the collaboration of academic partners supporting the Board.
