As our Group is processing sensitive personal data from our patients, ensuring appropriate data protection is key to maintain patient trust and become the dental service provider of choice. It is one of our priorities to ensure compliant processing of our patients’ personal data. Colosseum Dental Group, as well as all our country organizations have implemented processes to ensure the compliant processing of personal data, not only of our patients but for any stakeholder, such as job applicants, business partners and our employees. The Group Data Protection Policy outlines the fundamental principles that all our directors, managers and employees must follow when processing personal data. This policy is supplemented by specific policies enacted by every Colosseum Dental Group country organization that further detail our data protection obligations for specific areas such as data breaches or access requests from data subjects. Compliance & Business Ethics

Integrity and a compliant way of doing business is important to us and part of our corporate social responsibility. Our Board of Directors, Group Executive Committee as well as our Local Executive Committees are fully committed to ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations as well as ethical standards. We have processes in place when it comes to the reporting of misconduct which ensure that complaints are being taken seriously, thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is being taken. In addition, we see it as our responsibility to make sure that our suppliers and business partners are also committed to a compliant and sustainable way of doing business and that is why we request them to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
