Project Manager (Patient Experience)

Accountabilities

As a Project Manager (Patient Experience) you will:

  • Define, in collaboration with the countries where we operate, the patient experience management strategy of the Group
  • Become the custodian of our patient experience, working with the countries to continuously improve our operations and become more patient centric as an organisation
  • Develop the right mechanisms to consistently measure patient’s satisfaction across our markets
  • Contribute to the digitalisation of our patient journey in collaboration with our IT and digitalisation team
  • Take over the project management or coordination of different strategic value creation projects
  • Present regular status updates to the Group Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Project Management in a healthcare organisation is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Experience and high interest in customer experience management
  • Ability to rapidly learn about new topics and take-over coordination and project management in broader value creation projects
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in English with any additional European language as a strong plus
